A tracking number is sent via email within 24 hours after the order has been processed. On our tracking page you find detailed status updates, which you also receive by email if they are important.

Most of CLIPSTIC orders ship right on schedule. If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact support@clipstic.eu and provide your order information.
Please note that couriers can occasionally experience (weather) delays, and while we aim for timely deliveries, orders may in extreme situations take up to 30 days to arrive. If your order has not been delivered within this time frame, it will be considered lost, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Shipping insurance is offered as an option during checkout.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping. support@clipstic.eu
